1. Definitions & Parties
“Company” refers to South Yorkshire Mobile Tyres Ltd. “Customer” means the person who orders or uses any of the Company’s services. “Services” means mobile tyre fitting, mobile tyre repairs, wheel balancing, rotations, and other tyre‐related services provided by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms, together with any quote and service description, form the contract between you and the Company. We reserve the right to amend these Terms; changes will apply from the date posted on our website.

3. Service Provision

• The Company will perform services using reasonable care, skill, and professional judgement.

• We will supply and fit new tyres, carry out wheel balancing, and perform mobile tyre repairs as described in the service listing.

• We will use our best efforts to attend at your specified location (home/work/roadside) at the scheduled time but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is safe to access; clear and safe location must be provided.

• The Customer must provide correct tyre specifications (size, load rating, speed rating) before work commences.

• The Customer must ensure locking wheel nut keys or special tools are available when required.

• After fitting new tyres, the Customer must adhere to correct inflation and maintenance as instructed. Driving behaviour (e.g. harsh driving, overloading) can affect performance; the Company is not responsible for failures caused by misuse or negligence after fitting.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• The Company is not liable for any losses, damage or injury arising from driving errors after fitting new tyres (e.g. over-speed, aggressive driving, road hazards).

• The Company will not be responsible for damage to property or vehicles not directly caused by its actions or where faults result from previous improper maintenance.

• We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, except as required by law.

• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

• New tyres supplied come with the manufacturer’s warranty only. We make no additional guarantees beyond that.

• Wheel balancing and fitting work are guaranteed to professional workmanship standards, subject to proper tyre maintenance after service.

• Any defects in workmanship must be reported to us within 7 days of service completion.

7. Pricing & Booking

• Quotes given are based on information provided. If circumstances change (incorrect tyre size given, difficulty accessing vehicle, unforeseen damage), additional charges may apply.

• Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.

• We offer a price beat promise: if you supply a verifiable quotation for identical tyres and fitting, we will beat or match the price, subject to availability.

8. Cancellations & No‐Shows

• The Customer may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the agreed time without charge.

• If cancellation occurs later, or if the technician cannot gain access for fitting, a cancellation fee may apply.

9. Health & Safety

• Our technicians follow all required safety procedures during service.

• The Customer should ensure the location is safe and lawful for vehicle access. The Company is not liable for injuries or accidents due to unsafe access or non‐compliance with road laws.

10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in performing our Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather, traffic incidents, supply shortages, roadway closures).

11. Intellectual Property & Website Use

• All photos, graphics, and text on our website are protected by copyright. You cannot reproduce, distribute or exploit our website content without permission.

• We permit personal, non‐commercial view/use of the website under these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
